I help individuals and couples move beyond shame-based messages to discover pleasure, connection, and intimacy. My clients consistently tell me I’m very easy to talk to and provide the comfort needed to explore sensitive topics with confidence.
Now offering virtual consultations and workshops across Newfoundland and beyond.
Through personalized assessment and flexible treatment planning, we’ll work together to help you achieve the sex life you want while feeling empowered and deeply connected to yourself and your partner.
Virtual case consultations for care teams supporting individuals with problematic sexual behaviours. I provide sex-positive recommendations for education and behaviour planning that promote appropriate sexual expression and meaningful change.
From professional development to community events, I deliver engaging workshops on sexuality topics. Whether it’s improving communication strategies or exploring specialized themes like mental health and sexual response, participants gain practical tools and better understanding.
Whether you’re seeking personal growth, professional guidance, or team education, I create a safe space where sensitive conversations flow naturally and real change happens.
Many people have never had the opportunity to discuss sexuality in a safe, non-judgmental environment. My work is to change that — one conversation at a time.
I’m passionate about helping people discover a sex-positive approach to their sexuality. My lighthearted, easy-going nature makes even the most sensitive conversations feel natural and comfortable.
Clients consistently share that I provide the level of comfort they need to explore personal experiences and create lasting change in their intimate relationships. My interest in the field began during my undergraduate years while volunteering with Planned Parenthood — an experience that inspired a career shift and led me to advanced studies in sexology.
Recognizing that sexual education is often limited and heavily focused on risk, I work collaboratively with clients to rewrite their sexual narratives — prioritizing pleasure, connection, authenticity, and overall well-being.

To complement my formal education, I have completed advanced professional development across multiple specialities within sex and sexuality. My training encompasses the intersection of sex with trauma and OCD, as well as attachment, intimacy, and sex therapy. Additionally, I've persued education in gender-affirming care, trans health, and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) for sexual desire, as well as training in erotica and kink, sexual fantasy, and working with problematic sexual behaviours.
My academic contributions include co-authoring "Sexuality Education for Children and Youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder in Canada," published in the Intervention in School and Clinic journal and contributing author on the Healthy Relationships, Sexuality, and Autism (HRSA) curriculum. Beyond curriculum development, I directly facilitated the HRSA program for two years during its pilot phase.
I was nervous about my first session, but Jennifer made me feel completely at ease. She has a way of taking topics that feel impossible to talk about and making them feel ordinary — in the best way.
As a couple, we’d been stuck for years. Jennifer didn’t just give us tools — she helped us understand each other. The shift in our connection has been remarkable.
Jennifer's workshop was the most engaging professional training our team has done. Practical, warm, and exactly the kind of education the field needs more of.
